Bella's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Beginner

Chocolate Chip Cookies

I first had these cookies when my niece made them for us in Germany. They were soft and delicious. I asked her for the recipe because I wondered if it was different than the traditional recipe I typically use.

It is!

It is simpler with fewer ingredients which means you can whip them up quickly whenever you have a craving, or make the batter and freeze it in scoops ready to bake. Great to have when the kids need a special treat, you are short on dessert, or friends drop by for a visit, and you want to serve them something.

I love them with white chocolate chips. The buttery cookie compliments the white chocolate so well, but honestly, they would be good with any chips or nuts you wanted to add.

They also work really well with the one-to-one baking gluten-free flour mixtures.

Here's the recipe for these delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies.

About Me

Hi!  I'm Jen

Cooking is a passion passed down from both of my grandmothers to my mother and then to my sister and me.

Throughout my career, I was always drawn back to food.  I've learned from experienced chefs, apprenticed with professional bakers, and tasted coffee with international experts.

Today I'm sharing those experiences with you.
