I have to admit that I grow cherry tomatoes and basil every summer just so that I can make this Caprese Pasta Salad. 🍅
I don't like a lot of balsamic vinegar because I find it overpowers the salad. Sometimes I just make it with olive oil and lemon juice. Feel free to adjust the vinegar to meet your needs.
The other thing I will do with this salad to bump up the basil is to use Pesto as my dressing. I love the intensity the pesto brings to the dish. Like my Summer Pasta Salad, use this as a foundation and make the recipe your own.
