Charcuterie Board Party Mix

I was inspired to make my version of Charcuterie Board Party Mix after finding a version during a recipe search and loved the idea.

It is hard when entertaining or taking things to other people's houses to know what dietary restrictions may be in play, especially for those following a gluten-free or keto diet (at least for me). Charcuterie Board Party Mix fit the bill rather nicely.

You can absolutely make this your own by adding the ingredients that make sense to you, your audience, and their dietary needs. The basic premise is to add dried meats, cheeses, and nuts to a mixture. I found you didn't need to add an additional sauce because the ingredients were so flavorful.

I had to dry out my pepperoni and prosciutto, but that took no time in the oven, and they came out crisp like crackers.

This isn't meant to be a serious mix, so have fun with it. If you find some of the ingredients too salty, consider adding other ingredients that aren't as salty, such as regular almonds, more nuts, or low-sodium pepperoni, jerky, or even ham. If you aren't worried about carbs, you could also add in some rice or corn Chex cereals.

About Me

Hi!  I'm Jen

Cooking is a passion passed down from both of my grandmothers to my mother and then to my sister and me.

Throughout my career, I was always drawn back to food.  I've learned from experienced chefs, apprenticed with professional bakers, and tasted coffee with international experts.

Today I'm sharing those experiences with you.
