Chipotle and Bacon Shrimp
These delicious morsels are the perfect finger food for a light dinner or as appetizers. Though they appear to have a lot of spice, the end result is perfectly balanced. As a matter of fact, I end up dipping them in some reserved sauce for an extra kick.
You can make these in different ways, such as in a saucepan, in the oven, or on the grill. If you are grilling them, I suggest using two skewers so that they don't spin around.
The spice is perfect on these.
