Chocolate Hazelnut Palmiers

Chocolate Hazelnut Palmiers look really fancy and taste fantastic. They aren't too sweet, but instead buttery and crispy.

What I love about making Palmiers of all sorts is that they look like you've spent hours making them, when actually if you use store-bought puff pastry, they only take a couple of minutes to assemble. All the magic happens in the oven. They come out looking very special and festive.

Please give these a try if you are a newer baker. You will gain such confidence and treat your friends and family to something very special. They also make wonderful gifts because they keep their flavor and crispness for several days.

About Me

Hi!  I'm Jen

Cooking is a passion passed down from both of my grandmothers to my mother and then to my sister and me.

Throughout my career, I was always drawn back to food.  I've learned from experienced chefs, apprenticed with professional bakers, and tasted coffee with international experts.

Today I'm sharing those experiences with you.
