Fall-Inspired Palmiers - Pumpkin Spice Palmiers

After learning how to make Palmiers, I'm obsessed with the different ways you can combine sugar and other things to make these delicious cookies.


So, I was thinking fall is the perfect time for cinnamon and spice. What would they be like in a Palmier? The answer is...they are delicious. For these Fall-Inspired Palmiers, I added a bit of orange zest because I think it is the perfect complement to the spices. It also adds that sharpness that you might get from an apple.


Plus, depending on your rolling and cutting skills (I got lucky here), they can look like mini cinnamon jack-o-lanterns!


You'll notice that in the subtitle, I wrote Pumpkin Spice Palmiers, I think the label pumpkin spice is used way too much, but it is how some of you may have found this recipe. If so, great! Welcome.
