Gluten Free Herb and Parmesan Soda Bread

This is one of those recipes that when you make it you won't be able to tell it is gluten-free.

I love making this Gluten Free Herb and Parmesan Soda Bread when I have people coming over and I'm not sure what their gluten tolerance is. You can confidently prepare and serve it, and everyone will enjoy it.

I love to pair this with soup or chili. I also love to make it for a Sunday brunch as the bread element.

If you make them more individually in a muffin tin, they come out like biscuits and taste really good with ham, turkey, or just a little bit of butter.

About Me

Hi!  I'm Jen

Cooking is a passion passed down from both of my grandmothers to my mother and then to my sister and me.

Throughout my career, I was always drawn back to food.  I've learned from experienced chefs, apprenticed with professional bakers, and tasted coffee with international experts.

Today I'm sharing those experiences with you.
