Greek Salad Dressing

I love having this Greek Salad Dressing on hand. I don't use it a lot on green salads, but I love to use it when I have a more chunky salad and the vegetables can marinate a bit.

But this salad dressing is very versatile. I use it to marinate chicken (really good), fish, pork, and even vegetables before I grill them. It also makes a great marinade for shrimp. You don't need to leave the fish, shrimp or chicken in the marinade long. That is another benefit.

Add this to your salad dressing recipes, and you will find multiple ways to use it.

About Me

Hi!  I'm Jen

Cooking is a passion passed down from both of my grandmothers to my mother and then to my sister and me.

Throughout my career, I was always drawn back to food.  I've learned from experienced chefs, apprenticed with professional bakers, and tasted coffee with international experts.

Today I'm sharing those experiences with you.
