Guinness Chocolate Mousse

I was skeptical about this recipe when I first came across different versions. I thought, how could stout make a good dessert? Well, it proved to be a wonderfully delicious discovery.

You can use any stout you like for the mousse, and you don't need much of it. Just 1/3 cup provides the perfect depth of flavor to this mousse.
