Peanut Butter Blossoms

These Peanut Butter Blossoms are a family favorite, and thus, the need to make multiple batches.

They are simple to make and taste delicious. You can make the dough ahead of time and even freeze the unbaked cookies. When you are ready to bake them, take them out and bake them from frozen. Top with a chocolate kiss, and you are good to go.

Normally, I don't get to freeze any of the batches I make, but instead, I do make the dough a day or two before so I can roll and bake which makes things so much smoother.

Here's the Peanut Butter Blossom recipe I've made for years.

About Me

Hi!  I'm Jen

Cooking is a passion passed down from both of my grandmothers to my mother and then to my sister and me.

Throughout my career, I was always drawn back to food.  I've learned from experienced chefs, apprenticed with professional bakers, and tasted coffee with international experts.

Today I'm sharing those experiences with you.
