Peanut Butter Cookies, either traditional like these or in other forms such as my Peanut Butter Blossoms, are family favorites. My Dad, in particular, loved peanut butter cookies. When I would make them, he could barely wait until they were cool enough before he was snatching them off the cooling rack.
I think the simplicity of these cookies makes them a go-to for me. As a matter of fact, I don't know why I haven't posted my recipe because I make these on a regular basis. Oh well, here you go straight from my beat up personal cookbook.
