Pork Tenderloin & Pears

I know this sounds like a crazy combination, but trust me. It is delicious. It is based on my sister's recipe, which first started with chicken and apples and then morphed into pork and apples. It was so good I wanted to make it at home, but I realized I didn't have enough apples but had pears. I thought, what the heck, and I'm so glad I did. I like it even better.
