Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse

Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse is a delicious and festive dessert that is perfect for Thanksgiving or any fall gathering. It is a lighter and creamier alternative to pumpkin cheesecake or pumpkin pie, and it is sure to please everyone at your table.


It is made with cream cheese, plain Greek yogurt, whipped cream, and pumpkin puree and is flavored with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. It is a great way to use up leftover pumpkin puree.


I also think it gets better overtime, so make it the day before or earlier in the day if you can and make sure to cover it so you don't get a "skin" on the top. But, hey, if you can't wait to dive it, it is still delicious.
