Pumpkin Snickerdoodles

Pumpkin Snickerdoodles

There is nothing more comforting than the smell of cinnamon in the air on a crisp fall morning.

These Pumpkin Snickerdoodles fit that bill and more. They are easy to put together, and with the cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and ginger in them, not only do they smell good, but they taste good as well.

If you want to make them gluten-free, feel free to use a 1:1 gluten-free flour mixture. I prefer King Arthur flour, but you can choose what works best for you. Nothing is lost in translation to gluten-free with these cookies.

Here's the recipe.

About Me

Hi!  I'm Jen

Cooking is a passion passed down from both of my grandmothers to my mother and then to my sister and me.

Throughout my career, I was always drawn back to food.  I've learned from experienced chefs, apprenticed with professional bakers, and tasted coffee with international experts.

Today I'm sharing those experiences with you.
