Snowballs

Snowballs

These simple cookies are always a hit during the holidays when I make cookie trays or cookie gifts. I've even had people request that I make them Snowballs for their family celebrations.

There is nothing mysterious about these cookies, and they come together really quickly.

You can also make one batch, typically all on one baking sheet, because they don't spread. Think about how easy that would be and the happiness they will spread.

The dough is very forgiving. Make it ahead and keep it in the fridge or freezer so it is there when you need it. If the dough is cold, let it warm up a bit on the counter before forming the balls.

You can also freeze the dough balls, and then pop out a few when you need them. They are delicious freshly baked.

About Me

Hi!  I'm Jen

Cooking is a passion passed down from both of my grandmothers to my mother and then to my sister and me.

Throughout my career, I was always drawn back to food.  I've learned from experienced chefs, apprenticed with professional bakers, and tasted coffee with international experts.

Today I'm sharing those experiences with you.
