Summer Fresh Pasta Salad

What is better in the summer than a refreshing salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers picked straight from the garden? No garden? No worries, the farm stands and farmers' markets are full of fresh summer veggies to make this salad come alive.

This Summer Fresh Pasta Salad recipe is really only a suggestion of what you can combine, a jumping-off point. Use what you have on hand. Get creative. Every time you make this, you can change it up. Here are some suggested add-ins:

  • Crumbled Bacon

  • Hard-boiled Eggs

  • Switch Feta for Mozzarella

  • Sliced Pepperoni

  • Diced Ham or Chicken

  • Leftover Grilled Meats and Vegetables

  • Mixed Greens, Arugula, or Baby Spinach

  • Use a different dressing like my Lemon Basil Parmesan Vinaigrette

About Me

Hi!  I'm Jen

Cooking is a passion passed down from both of my grandmothers to my mother and then to my sister and me.

Throughout my career, I was always drawn back to food.  I've learned from experienced chefs, apprenticed with professional bakers, and tasted coffee with international experts.

Today I'm sharing those experiences with you.
